Plot

Due to a genetic mutation of the fifth toe, mankind has gained the ability to develop superpowers, called 'quirks,' which first manifest themselves at the age of four. These particular abilities have allowed the development of a new category of people, the heroes, who fight against the supervillains who wreak havoc on the world. Fascinated by heroes from an early age, Izuku Midoriya is a middle school student who has always dreamed of one day joining this circle. However, Izuku is now a very rare human being born without a quirk, which is why he is constantly mocked by his peers who call him Deku (lit. 'loser'). Izuku, however, does not give up and, despite not being endowed with powers, still tries to always follow his ideal of justice, so much so that one day his ardor will be noticed by All Might, the most powerful hero ever.
