Do you have a community that shares your passion for anime, manga, figures, card games, and nerd culture?
Join the Matsuri Nerd Affiliate Program, share your personal code with your followers, and earn credit to use for your purchases on Matsuri Nerd.
Participation in the program is subject to approval by Matsuri Nerd.
How it works
Once your affiliate application has been approved, you will receive a personal discount code, for example SIP5, which you can share with your community through your social channels, website, or other content.
When a customer uses your code during a purchase, they receive the discount provided by the program, and you earn cashback on the eligible items included in the order.
Your code remains active for the entire duration of the affiliation, unless it is suspended or deactivated.
Your discount code
The affiliate code allows your followers to receive a 5% discount on products that are:
available in stock;
not already discounted or on promotion;
eligible for use of the code according to the conditions applied on the website.
The discount is applied directly in the cart by entering the code before completing the order.
The code has no predetermined expiration date and remains usable as long as the affiliation and the related code are active.
Earn cashback with your community
Every time an order is placed using your affiliate code, you earn cashback in the form of Matsuri Nerd credit.
The cashback percentage granted to the affiliate is determined by Matsuri Nerd and may differ depending on the category of the products purchased.
Cashback is automatically calculated on the eligible amounts included in the order according to the percentages provided by the Affiliate Program.
The discount percentage granted to the customer and the cashback percentage granted to the affiliate are two separate values.
When do I receive the cashback?
After the purchase, the cashback generated is initially shown as pending credit.
The cashback becomes available credit when the customer's order is marked as delivered.
From that moment, the credit is added to your available balance and you can later convert it into a Matsuri Nerd voucher.
Check the sales generated by your code
From your affiliate area, you can check purchases made using your code.
To protect customer privacy, names, email addresses, and other personal data of buyers will not be shown.
For each sale, you will instead be able to view the information needed to monitor your affiliate activity, such as the order date, the eligible order value, the cashback generated, and its status.
This allows you to easily and transparently check how much credit you have earned through your code.
Your available credit
Cashback earned from delivered orders is added to your available credit.
The credit is not automatically applied to purchases.
You can decide when to convert it into a Matsuri Nerd voucher directly from your personal area.
Once converted, the amount will be deducted from your available cashback balance and turned into a voucher that can be used on our store.
Your Matsuri Nerd vouchers
Vouchers generated through affiliate cashback are valid for 12 months from the conversion date.
The voucher obtained by converting cashback can be used for your purchases on the entire Matsuri Nerd website, without the limitations applied to the discount code intended for followers.
In the My Vouchers section, you can check all vouchers generated through the Affiliate Program and see which ones are still available, which ones have been used, and their respective expiration dates.
A simple example
Your affiliate code is SIP5.
One of your followers uses SIP5 during a purchase of eligible products and receives the 5% discount provided by the program.
If, for example, an affiliate commission of 5% applies to the products purchased, the corresponding cashback is calculated in your favor.
The cashback initially remains pending.
When the order is delivered, the cashback becomes available in your account.
You can then convert it into a Matsuri Nerd voucher, which will be valid for 12 months from the conversion date.
Your channels
When submitting your affiliate application, you can provide your main channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, your website, or other spaces through which you promote your content.
You can also suggest your preferred affiliate code.
Availability and final approval of the code are subject to confirmation by Matsuri Nerd.
Proper use of the Affiliate Program
The Affiliate Program is designed to reward genuine promotion of Matsuri Nerd and genuine purchases made by the affiliate's community.
Any artificial, fraudulent, or otherwise improper use aimed solely at generating cashback, credit, vouchers, or other benefits provided by the program is prohibited.
This includes any unusual use involving orders, cancellations, returns, or other operations carried out for the purpose of obtaining a benefit that does not correspond to genuine affiliate activity.
Matsuri Nerd reserves the right to carry out checks on the use of the code in the presence of unusual activity or activity incompatible with the purposes of the program.
In the event of improper use or use contrary to these conditions, Matsuri Nerd may suspend or terminate the affiliation, deactivate the affiliate code, and cancel any benefits obtained through such use.
Duration of the affiliation
The affiliation does not have a predetermined minimum duration.
The personal code remains active as long as the affiliation is active.
Matsuri Nerd reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate an individual affiliation in the event of a violation of the program conditions, improper use of the code, or other circumstances that make continuation of the affiliate relationship incompatible.
Changes to the Program
Matsuri Nerd may update the conditions of the Affiliate Program over time, including cashback percentages, applicable categories, code usage conditions, and credit conversion methods.
The applicable conditions will be those in force and communicated through the website and/or the affiliate's personal area.
