Product Return

   Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Find the order you are looking for and select the product you want to return. From here you can start the request in just a few clicks

   2. Click on "Request a return"

   Click on "Request a Return" and tell us what went wrong.

   3. Wait for approval

   Once we receive the request, we'll review it quickly.

   We'll send you an email with all the details to proceed — keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case 👀).

   4. Ship the product

   Pack the item with a bit of care.

   • product in good condition
   • unused
   • original packaging included

   Follow the instructions you received and ship it to the address provided.

   Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was on our side (in that case, we'll take care of it, promise 💪).
5. ​

   5. Return completed

   As soon as the package arrives and is verified, we'll proceed with the refund.

   You'll receive the amount through the original payment method.
